A cleanroom oven dries and heats items in a sterile or dust-free setting. It is usually stainless steel or aluminium with a high-efficiency filtration system to keep chamber air clean.
A cleanroom oven dries by heating air while filtration and dust removal keep the chamber clean. Internally heated air reaches the set temperature while a ventilation loop draws in fresh air. Filters remove particles; electrostatic effects and UV disinfection kill bacteria and viruses so the chamber stays clean.
When items are heated to dry, hot air absorbs surface vapour and vents it outdoors for fast drying. After drying, chamber air is re-filtered and disinfected so the next load also sees a clean environment.
Cleanroom ovens are widely used in medical, pharma and electronics production and R&D. Their hygiene suits cell culture, drug making, device sterilisation and component drying, for example:
1. Electronics manufacturing: cleanroom ovens dry electronic components, semiconductor chips, optics, etc.
2. Medical-device manufacturing: cleanroom ovens dry and sterilise devices.
3. Automotive manufacturing: cleanroom ovens dry coatings and plastic parts.
4. Aerospace manufacturing: cleanroom ovens dry and bake aerospace parts.
5. Other industries: textiles, chemicals, glass, printing, etc.
