Challenge
Microporous-layer sintering requires a continuous tunnel layout with zoned temperature control; temperature uniformity directly affects coating quality and cycle time.
Solution
An HSCO-10-36 tunnel hot-air dryer is used: a horizontal tunnel built from multiple joined sections, with top and bottom air outlets matched to the carbon-tape process.
