Automatic forming, packing and curing line for bismuth needles / bismuth beads

Automatic bismuth-needle forming and packaging line

automatic automatic tunnel hot-air dryer

1. Melt and transfer: bismuth is melted in the pot, then pumped to the casting trough.

2. Form and cool: melt flows from the trough valve through a former (e.g. stainless screen) into a trapezoid bath of coolant (water + additives); needles slide on an incline to the belt, cool further and enter the dryer.

3. Dry and pack: needles enter a stainless drying drum with inlet heaters and spiral baffles; they dry while advancing under oncoming hot air, then go to the packing drum for weighing and packing.

The advantage of this line is its simple process and simple equipment: in a single pass, molten bismuth is turned directly into the required bismuth needles. The finished needles are widely used in downstream fields such as pharmaceuticals, metallurgical additives, electronics and alloys.

Automated line design raises speed, cuts energy use and simplifies operation. Safety features such as leakage and over-temp protection are also built in.

Overall, the automatic bismuth-needle forming/packaging line is efficient, energy-saving and easy to run for large-scale production.
