1. Installation site requirements:
1. Need a level, clean floor;
2. Do not expose to flammable or corrosive gases;
3. Avoid direct sun; ambient temperature not over 40℃;
2. Power supply requirements:
1. Connect power per the nameplate rating;
2. Voltage variation within ±5% of rated;
3. To avoid shock, the machine must be earthed (per electrical code class-3 earthing, earth resistance ≤100Ω);
4. Do not connect the green earth wire to gas or water pipes;
5. Do not share the earth line between ovens with and without residual-current breakers.

1. Nitrogen port: connect N2 before operation; first set N2 pressure to a suitable flow.
2. After loading, close the door and latch firmly; the door safety switch must engage before the machine can start.
3. Connect the rear cooling exhaust to the exhaust system; it is hot when cooling - insulate ducts to prevent burns or ambient impact.
IV. Daily care and methods:
1. Check whether differential-pressure readings are in the normal range;
2. Check whether the circulating-air HEPA is clogged; differential pressure indicates blockage;
3. If the outlet HEPA is clogged with dust, replace promptly to avoid blocked ducts and poor uniformity;
4. Clean the chamber after each bake; do not use alcohol or other hazardous cleaners - explosion risk;
5. Maintenance staff check current and fan operation;
6. Check controller accuracy; if off, adjust static compensation or sensor correction;
7. Check heaters for damage and wiring for ageing;
8. Check timer accuracy and whether error is acceptable.
