hot-air industry

A hot-air circulating oven is widely used in industry: forced hot air evaporates surface and internal moisture. It usually comprises chamber, heating, ventilation, drive and control. Heat may be electric, liquid fuel or natural gas; ventilation uses HEPA so air meets the load more evenly.

In operation, product sits in the oven; ventilation draws air through HEPA, heats it into forced circulating hot air that contacts surface and internal moisture so vapour leaves. Circulating air also carries off some volatiles, drying the surface further.

hot-air

1. Uniform temperature: the circulating fan distributes heat evenly, avoiding local hot/cold spots and ensuring drying quality.

2. Energy-saving: recirculated hot air reuses heat while exhausting waste gas, reducing pollution.

4. Wide use: hot-air ovens suit drying, curing, dehydrating and sterilising food, pharma, electronics, plastics, chemicals, etc.

5. High efficiency and energy saving: heater-based heating for high efficiency and good energy performance.

6. Safety and environment: multiple isolation layers inside/out cut noise and heat loss and protect users.

7. Wide scope: can dry many different materials.
